We provide our clients with expert advice and dealmaking services and we have up-to-date knowledge on buying and selling companies in the current market conditions.
We typically work with clients whose business worth is in the range of £0.5m-£10m. Although we do sell companies in the global market, the majority of our work is in the West of England and Wales. Our clients carrying out MBOs/MBIs & acquisitions are all UK based. Given the wide range of sectors we serve, we do not specialise in any one area - but we do avoid the not-for-profit, education and property development sectors where we find it harder to add value.
